I have bought multiple cars from Earnhardt and my first experience was great. Unfortunately each time has continued to get worse and worse. I recently purchased a new vehicle from them and it will absolute experience was great. Unfortunately each time has continued to get worse and worse. I recently purchased a new vehicle from them and it will absolutely be the last. Through experiencing and witnessing the series of shady dealings, no care for your time whatsoever and point blank going back on their word I can no longer advocate for their business. I would highly recommend that you stay away. Having worked as an executive in finance for over 20 years I can tell you they operate at a core level of taking advantage of customers lack of understanding of price versus payment. Their sleazy sale tactics of selling payment only allow them to take advantage of unwitting customers by adding additional and unnecessary extras. They disguise that, and their lies on trade in values, to get you in the door and feel like you are all set on price and purchase terms. They then bait and switch you, leaving you waiting for numerous hours only to wear down your resolve after committing to terms in documented communication. Yes you can always walk away, however this is where the sleazy and unethical really kicks in. They play the long wait game to get you to a point where they know you are “pot committed” so to speak. You have invested more time than you should have and to walk is to take a large loss of time and effort. They play this to a T and it is why the dealership business is dying on the vine. I can tell you I would never buy a car there again and if you find yourself in the unfortunate place of sitting there for multiple hours, playing on their time only to be sleazily sold a payment(all they do is pad the price and extend the term when they do this) vs an overall dollar amount within your range……Get up and walkout. Save yourself the time, effort and huge case of buyers remorse. This is a VERY poorly run and managed establishment. Having managed large groups of people for years you learn to be very observational. While being forced to wait for multiple hours I chose to turn on those observational skills and fine tune in to this. I witnessed these practices taking place in virtually every sales interaction happening and it being done with such consistency that it absolutely comes from the top down. I feel bad for anyone working there and terrible for the customers that are unwitting victimized day after day. The only good thing is the current lack of inventory that will hopefully slow this down for them leading to less people being taken advantage of. You can choose for yourself, but if you opt for a car buying experience at Earnhardt Hyundai’s in Avondale be hyper aware of where you are putting yourself from a place of vulnerability and deception. This group has been doing this for years, that is their model and that is who you would be choosing to do business with, very unfortunate. More

Found a car online so I went in to look at the car but it was sold before I could drive it. Chris Hawks was my sales person, he quickly responded and found a better car with more bells and whistles. Great experience here! Got a decent deal over email on a hard to find car. When I got to the dealership I was notified there was some hiccup on my credit report that I wasn't expecting, but the team worked hard to find car. Chris Hawks and Eunice Araujo were great, as was the finance manager (whose name I cannot recall) and everyone else I interacted with. Lease documents were signed electronically in minutes. No hard sales pitch for extended warranty coverage. I was in an out within the hour. I buy/lease a new car every 18-24 months on average, so I've seen my fair share of dealership shenanigans. I was very pleased with my experience at Earnhardt Hyundai, and can easily recommend them. More
Do not buy here. Sales managers and also salesmen are full of xxxx. They are now telling me that the 2021 sonata I bought doesn't include the 3 year service. Cmon man really for 300 dollars your loosing full of xxxx. They are now telling me that the 2021 sonata I bought doesn't include the 3 year service. Cmon man really for 300 dollars your loosing a customer?. Also we aren't happy with the sonata vibrates at 80. And the lights outside are starting to pop out. Try others first this car is cheap xxxx. Sales managers are rude and don't return calls. Took 2 months to get the windows tinted.. Jeremy told me over the phone to xxxx off after I asked nicely about the service on the car. More
My Salesperson Riley made all the difference. I am 76 years old, bought lots of cars from dealers. Brought the new one and picked up the trade. My Wife was so pleased she suddenly felt better to go for a ride. Way to go Riley you made her day. He took care of absolutely everything.
