They also need to know what questions are okay to ask the customer and what questions are NOT okay to ask. What I mean by that is that if the customer says he has purchased 2 cars before at a dealership, believe him! Or if he says that he is a US citizen, don't question his nationality merely because he is not white! Terrible service and unprofessional staff. More
