My husband and I bought our last Toyota Avalon at Earnhardt and had a good experience so when we were thinking of getting a new Avalon, of course, we thought of Earnhardt. Coincidentally, Jeff Paul Earnhardt and had a good experience so when we were thinking of getting a new Avalon, of course, we thought of Earnhardt. Coincidentally, Jeff Paul called us about possibly trading in our 2008. Since Earnhardt is in Phoenix and we live in Tucson, we did all of the dealing over the phone and internet. We were quoted a price and the people at Earnhardt stuck to it to the letter. They made it as convenient as they could and we really appreciate that they stayed with their quote. No one in Tucson could beat their deal so we, once again, went to Phoenix, finalized the paperwork and left feeling satisfied with the experience. I have already recommended them to a couple of our friends. Thanks Jeff!! You were awesome. More

Dealer was very high pressure! I don't mind that to much, but when I ask a dealer for their best price I expect that the first time, not after 45 mins. of fooling around with them. They have a slogan "No Bull", as far as I am concerned that was all we got was Bull! While we where at Earnhardt's I called Big Two Toyota in Chandler and got a better price in 5 mins. from their internet manager. We lift Earnhardt's and drove to Big Two, picked the car we wanted and drove home. No fuss, no hassle, NO BULL! More

I bought this new 2014 fj cruiser from Nigel Narain without seeing it, without a single phone call, without visiting a dealer. Purchasing a new vehicle should be this way. I was having a problems with my steering system on my Toyota Sienna Van. I called the Earnhardt Toyota Scion in Mesa and spoke to Matthew Vlasic who discussed with me the issues I was having and set up Toyota Sienna Van. I called the Earnhardt Toyota Scion in Mesa and spoke to Matthew Vlasic who discussed with me the issues I was having and set up an appointment to bring in my van. I arrived the next day to drop off my Van and Matthew was there to meet me. He was very friendly and took the time to explain what they were going to look at and told me he would contact me as soon as they had time to complete their inspection. Throughout the day I received communication from Matthew letting me know the status of my van and what repairs/service was needed. Matthew really seemed to care about resolving our issues and getting us services as quickly as possible. My husband and I were very pleased with the staff and service we received at Earnhardt Toyota Scion in Mesa. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as Matthew Vlasic to all of my family and friends. I will definitely bring all of my vehicles back for all of my future service/repairs. The service department completes work thoroughly and in an on time manner. The service adviser listens and follows through with my request. Mr. Chuck in service department has rendered great service with professionalism and being a good listener and understanding our needs. He has always guided us for right services to the car wherever and whenever required. This credit goes to his knowledge about the cars and being informative about what is going on in the market. He has always understood our situations (Thick and Thin) and guided us for required service to the car , at this dealership, thus saving our money. We feel we are in safe hands. MARKETING DEPARTMANT: Mr. Ron, (Chuck introduced us to this fatherly figure) helped us decide which car to go for used or new. (We have used the word MARKETING rather than SALES as we have seen there is no pushing to sell a product (Car) at this dealership, BUT rather they let you know the features of the product (Car) and help us (Customer) decide which is the best deal for us(customer) Mr. Patrick from Marketing department also helped us to get the deal done understanding our needs. I was in to look at the Tundra trucks. I'm in the market for new truck and in process of checking the new Toyota, Ford, GM and Dodge trucks. The salesman I worked with was Dieter Stranz and he was ve market for new truck and in process of checking the new Toyota, Ford, GM and Dodge trucks. The salesman I worked with was Dieter Stranz and he was very helpful, courteous, respectful and was very knowledgeable about the Toyota Tundra trucks. He didn't pressure me like most car salesmen usually do and I really appreciated his approach and attitude. When I have made my final decision and I end up going with the Toyota Tundra truck, I will be back to see Dieter to make that deal. More
