My car had a back ordered part that resulted in it being in the shop for 6 months. The team was helpful in getting me a courtesy car. I was pleased with the car I purchased however extremely disappointed in the post sales follow up. I conveyed these two issues to my sales person, James, who assured me it would all be taken care of. That was the last I heard of him essentially, I was ghosted for a few days and then nothing about how to fix the windshield issue. I continue to be unable to contact him, Oh, I see he has read my text messages. So buyer B alerted: once your sale is complete this sales rep may have nothing to do with you. More
