Thorough, honest service at East Bay BMW I brought my X5 in for recurring low oil messages and some spotting on my driveway. Service Advisor Anthony D'Amore kept me informed from drop-off to pickup and m X5 in for recurring low oil messages and some spotting on my driveway. Service Advisor Anthony D'Amore kept me informed from drop-off to pickup and made the whole visit easy. Technician Jon Daniels tested the oil sensor and wiring, drained and measured the oil, and confirmed there were no leaks. The spotting turned out to be AC condensation. He took the time to find the real answer instead of guessing. Thanks to GM Joe Pagano for supporting that kind of work. He's visible on the lot and clearly sets the tone. We have a clear plan to monitor the car, and I trust this team to follow through. I keep coming back and sending friends here. Highly recommend. More
