No idea why but they unplugged the wires to my front and rear dashcams. In the past I've had problems with service members (not this particular location but in general) joyriding my car so just to be safe I rear dashcams. It took three visits to get one thing done. First time they checked the car in only to find out they didn't have the part. Second time showed up same thing. Third time they finally got it. This was my second service visit where there was no call when the vehicle was ready. The Sales people made an appt to look at a new X5, they were a no show. They called at the end of the day and said they would send over data on several new vehicles Im looking at. Never heard from them. This dealership needs help. More
