On sales department people all nice and easy to transact for the car you want to buy. Then for service department I don’t trust it no more even the service advisor Aaron M. 1. I when there to do my oil change and they for got to close my oil cup in my engine all the oil leak and splash all over my engine. 2. Since the dealer fault I have to bring my car to the dealer they ask me to call my own tow truck instead of them dealer the one who mess up my engine they should call the tow truck, 3. Service advise Aaron he told me the car will be fix in 4hrs I don’t believe on him I told him give me a loaner car he said it will be fix I was waiting 4hrs I told him just give me a loaner car he said just give him couple hour like 1hr it will be don’t I already told him do not commit to the customer if you can’t really finished the job. 4. He let me wait till 7.5hr Im tired and hungry dizzy If he let me loan a car that morning I can pick up my son at school then I can go to work too it so hustle take a day off because the issue of my car mess up by service all they just waste. 5.after waiting for 7.5hr already 5pm he told me his manger will talk to me it end up other service advisor was talk to me he told me Aaron when home and he pass the job too him now this guy tol me the won’t be able finish my car all they waiting all waste I already told just give me a loaner car even the manger does not talk to me too.. now he told me it’s no loaner car they can Lyft me way home I said no I have to go back here tomorrow the and I have to pay my own Uber or Lyft back here I already pay my own tow just to bring my car to the dealer even it’s BMW service fault mess up my car told them get me a loaner car so that next they I can go to work then call when it’s done I don’t care if you have a loaner car you guys mess up my car and get me a car it end up give me enterprise car rental car it’s fine but they wait till end off day last minutes they call a rental car then the enterprise is closing soon they end up give me a last car which it so mess up car mirage mitsubishi and the car look like not going to make it going back home and it ending I pay the down payment to the rental car, The next day they finished my car almost 6pm I didn’t get my documents paper to what happen to all my car what they done they just told me I’m asking for the paper I’m still following up off it. It’s worse what happen to my car and still want that document paper to my car what they fix it. Worse happen to my life Mercedes and Subaru there service always good I already problem with the service they quickly give me a loaner car even no available because they know it’s there faults it end up giving a new car for loaner car just for me to use get home. My family use to like BMW we always by and list the car service department is sucks worse ever not like before I’ll make sure if they don’t give me the document paper what happen to make car for my record I’ll make a complaint 1more issue happen to me like this just to make sure my car is good I already talk to the service manager This weekend I will use my car going to LA don’t want to take a risk because I don’t have the paper if they did 100% of inspections More

Our service associate, Mr. Bruce Wong, and his service technician did an outstanding job in put my baby back into a great shape. Mr. Issac, who had worked on my 325i, has sent Bruce Wong, and his service technician did an outstanding job in put my baby back into a great shape. Mr. Issac, who had worked on my 325i, has sent me several great detailed videos as to what problems my vehicle were having and his professional advice on the repairs. The coordinations between Mr. Wong and Mr. Issac in keeping me in the loop about the progress of the repairs were "Barred None."
