Very unhappy with the whole process. The salesman, Marc Helo, stated that the price was negotiable. When trying to negotiate, we were told the initial price was the best they could do. We had a vehicle to trade in. They offered next to nothing for the trade. We requested to speak to a manager, so we then spoke to Mark Scully. He refused any negotiation. We spent about 5 hours trying to make a reasonable deal. We ended up spending more than we really could afford because we had an urgent need for a vehicle. I would never recommend anyone go to this dealership.
They were very unprofessional and they straight out lied to us.
We need to bring the vehicle back to be detailed. Hopefully they are better to deal with.
