I was early for my appointment but he was free to help me right away. We discussed a lot of other types of cars just in conversation and I found him very well informed. The woman who walked me thru the finance part of things was also extremely pleasant (thanks Priscilla). The entire experience was straightforward and completed more quickly than I expected, which was a nice bonus. Thanks to everyone who assisted me today, and especially to Robert Stewart, who also had been prompt and helpful in the initial email contact we had prior to meeting. More

Excellent people and service! I was introduced to the East County Pre-Owned Superstore over cars.com. I saw the vehicle that I wanted, a 2013 Chevy Camaro Convertible, and I was ve I was introduced to the East County Pre-Owned Superstore over cars.com. I saw the vehicle that I wanted, a 2013 Chevy Camaro Convertible, and I was very pleased when I spoke with George Khoury. He was very informative and went out of his way to see that I was well taken care of, even to the point that he drove over 100 miles to pick me up to see the vehicle. When I saw it, it was exactly how he described it. I purchased it the same day. I have a lot of confidence in this dealership and I'd like to encourage everyone to do the same. I've been very pleased with the vehicle and currently have a running relationship with Mr. Khoury after the sale. As for their maintenance department, I had a small challenge with my convertible top. When speaking with Carlos, the head service manager, he quickly directed me to come in and resolve the problem immediately. These were extremely courteous and helpful people you could have confidence in. More

Extremely unperfessional!! I gave them a check to hold and not to cash until I came back with a cashiers check, so I could drive the car off the lot that day. I showed up 30 mins earlier then the time I told them with the cashiers check just find out the check that wasn't suppose to be cashed, was already cashed. I held my part of the deal and they couldnt hold theirs. That is the absolute worst business to run let alone to work with. I highly recommend going to another dealership when buying a vehicle. Dont let them pull you in with their nice personalities, save your time and dont even stop to look at their cars. More
These people have no communication among themselves. We had been talking for almost a week and it was made clear to them about it. Don't deal with Gloria. Max or Erik. They tried to offer me a different vehicle but I told them the vehicle I wanted was the one they sold. They kept asking me that but they couldn't get it through their head which vehicle I wanted. So where do I begin. I was looking for an Acura tl. I see an ad online and call the number. Eddie answers and we talk about the car. He runs my credit which is bad and discuss options. When I'm ready the cars ends up being sold. Ok understand. He tells me he can find another one they get so many cars. Ok i tell him to find me one. After about a week he says he has several at auction. He says he needs a $1000 deposit in order to get car to the lot. I explain I want to see the car(s) first before I put down any money. He then rants saying I wasted his and everyone else's time and that I'm a big flake I'm not worth the time or effort. Wow, this coming from a "professional" car salesman and from a lot who says the pride themselves integrity and dignity. Epic fail on that one! I decide to look elsewhere. After a week no luck and really need a car. I go back to Eddie since he said he had the cars and he's my only option. I ask him specifically, how long after deposit do I get the car. He says 24-48 hours guaranteed. Ok fine, I arrive at lot and put down $1000. He shows me a car online that matches and says he can have by tomorrow and to come back then. I can come next day for a second time and no car. He says he's having trouble getting car to lot blah blah blah. He says come back tomorrow ill have it here ill get it myself. Ok fine. Come back third time and... You guessed it NO CAR. By this time eddies no where to be seen. I'm approached by some manager named Albert. Wow bait and switch tactic? Or running away? Albert tells me the car had too many miles couldn't get you approved bla blah blah again. So you didn't know the miles two days ago?? You barely noticed it? He says this is what I can do. Give me 5 more days and ill have your car here I promise. My guy will be at auction and will get it for you. Are you serious?! You want 5 more days?? I should have took deposit and left, another mistake on my part. I decided to let it ride one last time. I'm waiting patiently and on third day Albert sends me a pic of car and says his guys at the lot and this is the car for you. Awesome. On fifth and final day I text Albert the manager in the morning and ask for an update. No response. No call back. Nothing. Finally at the END of the day he calls back and this is what I hear " uhhh sorry buddy my guy didnt buy the car at auction. It went for an extra $1000 than expected. If he would have called me and asked me like he should have I would have said yes but he didnt I'm not sure why. But uhhhh I'm sorry buddy. But here's what I can do for you, ill get you a rental TOMORROW, and give me a couple more days to find your car........" Wow are you kidding me?!?!? That auction was two days ago why did you wait till last minute to tell me he didn't buy it? And why are you blaming someone else who is not even here?? I call back to tell him I need a rental by tonight, I was promised a vehicle 24-48 hours and its a been an entire week and nothing!! Only excuses and lies. What do I get? Nothing. No call back. No text. No response. Next day I've had it with them, I call finance manger George to get my deposit back and says " uhhhh sorry no can do. Everyone is gone they're at tent sale. Sorry. " excuse me?!? After politely explaining myself without loosing my cool I firmly tell him no, I need that money today. He says "uhhhh ill call you back". I wait and.... No call back. I call manager Albert directly and he answers and what are the first things out of his mouth? " hey buddy your deposit is ready to ahead and pick it up. " hmm no apology for ordeal or not calling back night before, didnt even try to attempt to get me in a different car. My girlfriend went down to get deposit and they said she had to wait 3 hours!!! Your kidding me!! I'm seeing red by now. They end up giving it to her after about 45 min. If I was able to give negative stars I would have. I'm not one to write reviews and I don't, but this place is that bad. More
