Excellent customer service I brought my Grand Cherokee in for service. Was very nicely greeted by Stephen in the Service Dept. Went through everything that I was bringing in t I brought my Grand Cherokee in for service. Was very nicely greeted by Stephen in the Service Dept. Went through everything that I was bringing in the jeep for service. He informed me that there was also a recall that needed to be done. He then helped me set up the loaner car and helped me get something comparable to what i usually drive since the jeep was probably going to be there a couple of days. When the service was done he called me personally to explain what had to be done and what it would cost me. When I went to pick up my Jeep I was again greeted by Stephen and he again explained all the work done and the costs and helped me understand it all, since I am not very car savvy. Stephen went above and beyond to help me and make sure it all went smoothly. I will def be using the service dept for all my Jeep needs and hope to get to work with Stephen. More

A++++ Buying Experience Let me start off by saying that even though i live over 45 minutes away from this dealership, this is the second lease i have gotten from East Hills J Let me start off by saying that even though i live over 45 minutes away from this dealership, this is the second lease i have gotten from East Hills Jeep. This has a lot to do with the professional service and honesty i get from Ann DeMayo. I always start off looking for a lease by shopping around at other dealerships. I get a baseline price and a lot of back and forth with these "other" sales people. Very time consuming and long drawn out process. When i've had enough of the haggling and the bull from other dealers, I call East Hills and request to talk to Ann DeMayo. I tell her what i want in my vehicle and my lowest price and she does her best to beat that price. We do all the needed paperwork through email and all i have to do is come in and pick up my vehicle. This time i was in and out with my new lease in under 30 minutes... Simple, easy with no time wasted. More
