Worst service EVER I had made an appointment for an oil change for 1:00pm. I called to see if I was able to come earlier and was told no problem. I arrived at 11:45am. I had made an appointment for an oil change for 1:00pm. I called to see if I was able to come earlier and was told no problem. I arrived at 11:45am. I was told it was over an hour and a half wait before I would be done with my service. At that point I was already there and figured I would wait it out. At 1:45pm I asked the service advisor how much longer my car would be. He told me My car was about to be taken in and it should be about 20 minutes. 40 minutes later my car was finally done. This is NOT the first time I have had this problem and NOTHING away done to make it better. I waited over 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. There was no service manager there and when I spoke with the sales manager I was apologized to but again nothing to fix the situation. The service center at east hills does not stick to appointments at all. I was told Making an appointment is a tentative reservation and cannot be a guarantee the time your car is serviced. I will NEVER buy another jeep and I am currently looking for a new service center as well!!!!!! More

My New Chrysler 200 Limited After being traumatized by past dealership experiences, I was very hesitant when trying to buy a car again and was not interested in wasting my time. After being traumatized by past dealership experiences, I was very hesitant when trying to buy a car again and was not interested in wasting my time. From the beginning, Carlos was very pleasant and told me exact prices and details right over the phone without giving me the run around. When I got to the dealership, my car was sitting right in the front of the lot waiting for me! We went on a test drive and Carlos stood quiet just pointing out subtle cool things about the car instead of trying to force it on me. The products at this dealership speak for themselves. After this, I was brought into contact with Arnie Price! What a sweetheart!! He graciously responded to my questions and played phone tag with me and my parents for a little while as we all had questions about prices, warranties, etc. He really worked hard to get me the best interest rate possible!! When we showed up to get my new car, Arnie greeted my parents and myself very nicely, gave us some good advice about the car, and even gave me a coin to keep in my glove compartment for good luck. He was truly awesome and very very personable!. Also- when I got there Carlos installed my tinkerbell license plate for me and waited for me to get there, as I got there kind of late... Seriously such a great experience, love my car and was very satisfied with my service. My mom will be coming to East Hills to buy a car soon because she was so happy. Thanks again guys!!! More

Fantastic Experience!! I had been dreading getting a new car due to past experiences but what a pleasant surprise at East Hills!! Was looking at luxury brands and higher en I had been dreading getting a new car due to past experiences but what a pleasant surprise at East Hills!! Was looking at luxury brands and higher end models but wanted a 4*4 from a brand I had the best experience with in the past JEEP - so I stopped mid-decision on another brand and made a trip to this dealership. Best decision ever! Roger and Curtis were patient, accommodating and took the time to really understand my needs, "must have's" and "good to have's." There was so pushy sales tactic or the patronizing tone I was receiving at some of the other dealerships; as if a woman cannot make a wise decision on a car purchase. They were involved at every step of the process and Roger even took the time to walk me thru all the features on the car when I went to pick up the keys. And Arnie made the part of the process that is usually the most tedious and stressful, the financing, easy to bear and quite pleasant. Such a sweet guy If you are dreading that walk into the showroom, to spend an entire day dealing with annoying sales tactics, put everything aside and give these guys a shout. You will not be disappointed :) More
