John had been bumped up to the service manager position since my last visit. In just a few short minutes, I realized that working with Michael Cartelli would be an equally pleasurable experience. Mr. Cartelli constantly updated me regarding the service and computer upgrades needed, and in a very short time I was back on the road back home. I am glad for John on his well deserved promotion, and am very pleased in dealing now with Michael as my new service rep. I will not lose his business card I can assure you.
