Great sales team and pleasant experience I previously leased a Jeep Wrangler from East Hills and contacted Fred B. when my lease was a couple months from ending to discuss my options. No uncomfortable sales tactics and Fred was very upfront and worked with me to try to maximize all the rebates and discounts I would be eligible for. I was very specific with the vehicle I wanted to get into and at first it looked like a factory order would be the only path to go. Then Fred looped in his manager Brett who spend two weeks trying to find comparable vehicles in the tri-state area. Knowing I was a repeat customer and likely a sure sale he could have tried for a day and then said no luck and factory order a new vehicle. But he kept trying and finally connected with another dealer who had the exact model/features I was looking for in stock. The vehicle was transferred to East Hills and I was able to get out of my lease early and even save a few more dollars. These guys are just as much service as sales and they've earned my trust and continued repeat business. Highly recommend. More

I brought my 2015 Chrysler 200C for it's fourth transmission reflash, still has the same problem. My service advisor, Mike cartelli is the best, he is working with me to fix this problem. Had I known about all the problems with the 200, I would have not leased this car. It's not the dealerships fault, they did not build the car, and can't do magic if Chrysler does not have a solution to the problem. I still hope that a fix will happen, at least I have Mike to help me. east Hills is the best, Mike Cartelli is a true gentlemen. More
