Not your typical car buying experience I found these guys through the Costco auto program. I had already shopped around and knew exactly what I wanted and got a price from my local dealer I found these guys through the Costco auto program. I had already shopped around and knew exactly what I wanted and got a price from my local dealer (where I had previously purchased two cars). I was assured by the salesman there that their price was "very aggressive", but I decided to give the Costco program a try anyway. I received a call from East Hills almost immediately after filling out my info on the Costco website. I told the salesperson which car I was interested in, and within half an hour I received a call with a quote which was $52 less per month! Everyone I dealt with at East Hills was terrific. The internet sales contact, the salesperson, the finance manager and the leasing consultant, Ann DeMayo who was the person who completed the transaction and also gave me the tour of the car. Ann was very friendly, competent, professional and knowledgable. She even called me the next day to see how I was getting along. Nice folks, great prices, easy transaction...5 stars all around. New Jeep Wrangler Lease I went to this dealership to lease a new Jeep Wrangler for my son, who had just graduated from college. There were many Wranglers to choose from, but I went to this dealership to lease a new Jeep Wrangler for my son, who had just graduated from college. There were many Wranglers to choose from, but none in the color with the options package that would fit our budget. After a few days of trying to locate a match my son was informed that he may have to change his color preference to expedite the delivery of his Wrangler. He agreed and gave them two more color options. The next day he got a call from the dealer that they had a Wrangler in his original color choice with a better options package at the same price. I love the credo: under promise-Over Deliver. I have purchased/leased many vehicles over the years with mixed results, so I was expecting the dealer to present a higher price (due to increased options) upon final signing and pick up. That was not the case. My son and I were very satisfied with this dealership (especially our salesman, Mr Simon). My son was/is ecstatic and I am very pleased. Overall, the staff was attentive and professional. More
