I was very impressed with the smooth ride and the many new features which is a plus. There are so many dealers around that only think about their own advantage. If you really want excellent customer service that goes above and beyond your expectations, go to East Hills and ask for MICHAEL GALANTE. He is the best person of all car dealers I have ever experienced and dealt with (being a woman). All sides of the deal are explained in detail and you are not pushed to close the deal. He's very understanding and really works with you to get the best deal - just making the customer happy. Great experience!! Michael Galante was amazing! We were shopping all day for a new Jeep . After visiting 4 other dealers we decided to check out 1 more before going ho Michael Galante was amazing! We were shopping all day for a new Jeep . After visiting 4 other dealers we decided to check out 1 more before going home. So glad that we did. We walked in at 5:30 or so and was greeted by Mr Galante. We told him what we were looking for and after a bit of back and forth "haggling" , we were able to come to a fair price for both us and the dealership. He then asked us if we wanted to take the Jeep home tonight. Wow! By 7pm we were on our way home in a great new Jeep from a great dealership. Michael made it happen. We will definitely recommend Michael and East Hills Jeep to all our friends and relatives. More

However, I was just browsing around outside, checking their inventory and prices when I was approached by Sid. He engaged in a casual friendly tone with a hint of to the point business conversation. To me that was very comforting and I was able to convey my budget and my expectations to which Sid was extremely helpful in and made sure I was getting in the range I had specified. Overall a pleasant experience, the management was extremely professional when it came down to financing/paperwork(no hassle), I have already recommended my neighbor to check this dealership, as he is looking for a car in fall for his son's graduation.
