While looking for a car for my wife discovered East Hills Jeep after reading a advertisement in the paper. In the past the advertisement price never was obtainable without a ridiculous down payment. I contacted East Hills and was greeted by a gentleman named Rich on the phone. Had a pleasant conversation with Rich Correa and he had let me know what the bottom line price was and what exactly it was gonna take to get the car by the weekend. A few days later I went to the dealership with my wife and had met Rich for the first time. He was very polite and patient while he showed us the variety of cars and models they had there. My wife had picked a Jeep Cherokee Laredo and we had put a small deposit to get the ball rolling. Rich did not even push the issue. He said put down whatever you feel comfortable with. The car was ready to be picked up in 2 days and we were unable to pick the car up due to schedule conflicts on our end. He never pressured us and just kept saying come when you want. it took us about a week to finally get the car. He was a complete gentleman and i would recommend him to anyone and everyone. We need more people like him in the world. He was super helpful answering my wife's thousand and one questions. My kids loved him and he is hands down the best sales man i have ever dealt with. I went in to have my vehicle serviced and while waiting Stan approached me to see if I needed any help. I told him I was in for service but wouldn't mind looking to see what options were available to me i Stan approached me to see if I needed any help. My husband loves the banter or the sale or the smell of the new car I particularly wanted this over with. We live in Westchester, NY .. We first met Jennifer who introduced us to Jackson Simon. He Seemed very knowledgeable and courteous. We wanted a minivan no extreme bells or whistle.. We had many question presented to him all throughout the transaction and he did not seem frustrated. He even complimented our questions saying that "these were very good questions." We had utilized Google and yahoo for information before coming. We previously leased for the over 15 years. Many of the information that I found out was not even mentioned to us by the previous sales people. I hated the movements of sales people who needlessly run back to their manager with every little detail as to confuse us the customer with new course of action. Several other reviewers on here mention it too – but they really give you what you were approved for in terms of rates and finance without marking up points to rip you off. The paperwork didn’t take too long and the manager was very patient in explaining all of the details I asked about. Will definitely recommend East Hills to friends and family looking to buy a car!
