I PURCHASED A PRE-OWNED 2011 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE AT EAST HILLS JEEP. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE EASY GOING NO PRESSURE ATMOSPHERE. I was contacted by Jeep about a trade in of my 2010 Wrangler. When I met with Rich he was extremely helpful and proceeded to have my trade in valued. My car was ordered from the factory. While I was waiting for the car Rich continually provided me with updates on a delivery date. At delivery Rich efficiently executed the paper work, delivered a clean car and went through the car in detail. Shame on me for trusting these guys.. We made a deal to trade in my old lease for a new one.. I was told they would cover my last two payments and take the old lease off my hands. Instead after I signed th trade in my old lease for a new one.. I was told they would cover my last two payments and take the old lease off my hands. Instead after I signed the paperwork I realized that they added a cap reduction cost and I am stuck paying the last two payments of my old lease. Like I said shame on me for not looking at the paperwork closer. But shame on them for hiding cost and lying to me about my last 2 payments. Also when I received the new vehicle they did a crappy job on the detail work. Buyer beware. I will never go back to any East Hills Dealership. More
