Today I picked up my new Jeep Patriot Limited from East Hills and it's amazing! I highly recommend this dealership for anybody looking to buy a new car. I'd never purchased a vehicle before and was pretty overwhelmed by the process, but Ann walked me through it nice and slow. I left feeling totally empowered and within a day or two of chatting with her - both over the phone and via email - I was convinced that a Jeep Patriot was the right choice for me. Ann was always patient, readily available through all modes of communication, and she provided me with answers to all of my questions, no matter how dumb they must have sounded. I love my new ride and I love East Hills Jeep! More
I want to commend John and Steve from your service department and Dawn from your dealership. My mom had trouble with her 2009 Chrysler Town and Country in the beginning of August. She is ill and the car (14,000 miles) would not start. Steve had it picked up, repaired and brought back to my mom's house since she was in the hospital. I decided to use her car last week. I left my Tahoe at her house in Carle Place and drove her Town and Coutry back home to Mamaroneck (Westchester County). The next day (Wednesday, August 29th) I went to use it and it was dead again ( lights all worked but would not turn over). I called John who suggested calling Roadside Assistance and have it towed to nearest dealer. When I called Larchmont Jeep to give them heads up that the car would be towed there, the service manager (also named John) was the NASTIEST person I ever spoke to. He flat out told me not to have the car towed to his lot - he would not accept it. I called John (East Hills) back and he said not to worry - the tow truck driver would have made arrangements to deliver the car to a dealer who would accept it. Then roadside showed up and the driver was disgusting - he told me he was taking the car to Larchmont and leaving it there - I told him they would not accept it and he got in the towtruck and just left-wighout so much as a word. I called back East Hills and spoke to Dawn. She told me to call back Roadside Assistance and relate the story to them, and in the meanime, she would approve them to tow the truck to East Hills. The 2nd towtruck driver was perfect, loaded the vehicle and delivered it to Long Island. John (East Hills) replaced the defective starter and delivered the car back to my mom's house in Carle Place withing a day. East Hills was more than accomodating and on top of their supberb service, extremely nice about the whole debacle. Larchmont was HORRIBLE! More
Greg is a great salesman in the following manner: listened to our questions and if he did not know the answer, he reasearched it and got back to us with alacrity and accuracy; he located the vehicle, listened to our questions and if he did not know the answer, he reasearched it and got back to us with alacrity and accuracy; he located the vehicle, with the color, features & w/in our price point. Greg took his time and made sure ALL of our concerns were addressed. It took only 10 minutes to speak w/our insurance agent, give them the correct information, and get our 'temporary' insurance IDS. Before we picked up the vehicle, he made an appointment w/us to ensure we were taken care of, before he would engage a new customer. Therefore, when we picked up the car, he took the time to make sure EVERYTHING was taken care of: all the paperwork was in order and accurate; made sure he demonstrated how ALL the electronics operated - navigation system, radio, doors, key fob!!! On Sunday morning when the dealer opened his doors, my son and I were greeted and then introduced to Jessica Fauci as our sales person. She was as nice as can be to my son and I . Dean blinker the finance man smiles while he steals your money. since they cant sell alarm for anymore they jacked up the price of the warrantee. I went to cancel a warranty that I didn't use they had sold it to me for $1400 when I went to cancel it Chrysler was paid $350 for the warranty everybody is entitled to make a profit but 400% is thievery when I went to complain to the manager she said smugly that everybody is entitled to make money and honest living is okay but 400% markup should not be tolerated when a complaint to Chrysler they said your deal with the dealership is your deal when purchasing a Chrysler car remember the dealership pays $350 for the warranty I hope no one else is robbed by the dealership ever again More

I have just purchased my third car from East Hills. I have also serviced all three at their service department and am very happy with the quality of work being performed. The key factor however is that if i did not meet James Kropp while looking for my first Jeep, I may have purchased elsewhere and been unaware of how good the overall service provided by East Hills is. I have since had a friend of mine purchase a car from East Hills based on my recommendation. Over the years i have come to rely on James' expertise and overall helpfulness which is a major reason I keep coming back. He is a tremendous asset to the dealership and I consider him a friend. More
I came to this dealership as a last attempt in purchasing a new Grand Cherokee. I SHOULD HAVE COME HERE FIRST!!!!! I was very disappointed with Wesybury Jeep, when I questioned them on financing, and told th a new Grand Cherokee. I SHOULD HAVE COME HERE FIRST!!!!! I was very disappointed with Wesybury Jeep, when I questioned them on financing, and told them not to even bother with a follow up call. The sales and manager ( Ed I believe) were well informed and treated me with the upmost level of professionalism. This is a dealer that you need to visit before purchasing a new Jeep.
