My only regret was that initially, Dealer Rater only allowed 25 words to express my deep appreciation for Chris McEntee's dedication to my case. Desperately in need of a repair, I'd called several dealerships, and believe it or not, some did not even reply to my continued calls and messages, and the ones that had replied a day later, told me it would take 7-10 days at a minimum, and they recommended that I try other dealerships because the likelihood was that it would likely take as much as 2 weeks. I felt like they didn't even want my business and that they couldn't care about my situation. Unfortunately, my car was not starting and stalling when and if I ever got it started. And, I needed my vehicle running well, in 3 days, as my son who is a Cub Scout would need to pick up and deliver 68 Christmas wreaths on that Saturday. Chris was very understanding, attentive, empathetic, honest, and sincerely dedicated to doing all he could to get the job done for me. He explained that because this RECALL had no parts ready for the repair, there would be a lot of red tape, phone calls, and emails to get proper approvals from corporate and to track down an approved part as an alternative solution. As soon as I arrived, to drop the car off, Chris ran out and met with me and explained the whole situation. He said he couldn't make any promises but that he'd do his best. He immediately had the car scanned with the OBD. And ran in to start making the proper phone calls and emails. To my great surprise, Chris called me the next day telling me the vehicle was repaired and that I could come in and pick it up. Words can not express my deep gratitude. Chris and his team truly went far above and beyond all expectations. And for the record, I have still not even heard a reply from one of the repair centers that I called. Thank you again, Chris and East Hills Jeep Dodge Ram SRT. You really saved me a lot of grief and expense.
