Tire blowout I had one of my tires blowout as as was on my way home from the city. I put the spare on and called the dealership. I spoke with Jon Piansky who tol I had one of my tires blowout as as was on my way home from the city. I put the spare on and called the dealership. I spoke with Jon Piansky who told me my tire was covered due to the wheel and tire protection I bought that I totally forgot about. He ordered the tire for me and had it the next day. When I got to the dealership the next day, he had my car in and fixed very quickly. You gotta love these guys! More

Service Advisor Mike Pierleoni was a first class act all the way very informative very transparent. Payment was unbelievably easy I was notified through texts and then paid through the phone. I brought my Jeep in for service on Saturday, Turn around time for repairs was 1 day. Jon took great care of me as I live in Brooklyn.
