My experience working with Ingrid Sanchez was absolutely fantastic. She was knowledgeable, relaxed, and 100% focused on ensuring I got the car that I wanted. After you located the car for me, I arrived on delivery day and noticed a feature I had thought was to be included wasn’t (my mistake). Ingrid immediately took all the stress I could have been feeling about the possibility of needing to not close and she said “Listen, you don’t need to take this one, we will get you the one you want”. Obviously I knew I wasn’t obligated to, but it was definitely nice to know her focus was on me getting what I wanted. That’s the type of salesperson that reflects well on East Hills, and earns my loyalty. I plan to be back as my kids come of age in the coming years. I took the car by the way and I am happy. You now should ensure you keep Ingrid happy, she is an asset. More

Curtis has been my sales associate for the last 5 Jeep wranglers and one Grand Cherokee that I leased, but this time I wanted a Dodge Ram. He got me exactly what I wanted and at the cost that I was comf wranglers and one Grand Cherokee that I leased, but this time I wanted a Dodge Ram. He got me exactly what I wanted and at the cost that I was comfortable with in minimal time. Once we came to a decision, it was ready the next day!! After I took delivery he had called me a few times to make sure that was happy with the truck and answered any questions I had about it.
