The day we were scheduled to pickup our vehicle, there was a fire next door, fire trucks and emergency vehicles were everywhere. They were blocking the road to the car storage facility. After 45 minutes the entire management team got together and somehow managed to get the vehicle out of the lot and we drove off smiling. Awesome job guys.
