Doesnt stand by the Products they Sell Bought a 2018 Pacifica. When I picked it up, car wouldnt start. I asked them to replace the battery, which they said they did. Less than a month la Bought a 2018 Pacifica. When I picked it up, car wouldnt start. I asked them to replace the battery, which they said they did. Less than a month later, car wouldnt start again. Called dealer, who transferred me to roadside assistance, without so much as an apology. Roadside assistance would only tow to nearest dealer (that was not this dealer). That dealer couldnt look at the car until October (this was JULY!) I called east hills, spoke to the general manager, who told me to have it towed there and they would look at it (again, no apology for my trouble). When I asked about additional towing charges, he refused to commit to me that I would not have to pay additional charges. All he would say was that he was willing to pay up to an additional $100 and that that should cover the additional charges. When I told him that he should stand behind the products he sells, his response was: "We dont make the cars." Seriously??? This was the General Manager of the dealership. Finally was able to get the car started and took it to east hills, where they made my wife wait for 3 hours while they looked at it (despite being advised At the time of sale that one of the "perks" of buying from them was the use of a loaner car - none were available). Again they said they replaced the battery (no one asked why the batteries keep dying??? Or is it that they never replaced the battery the first time). We'll see if this works, but I'm skeptical. Bottom line, horrible experience that reinforces all the stereotypes about american cars and american care dealers. More
