In addition to the oil change requested, Rafael had the interior filters in the car examined and also reviewed my vehicle's history to insure all previous service issues and recalls had been addressed. The service at East Hills is always top shelf. I am now adding Rafael's business card to my East Hills collection, and placing it most noticeably alongside the trusted names of Jon Piansky, Stephen Petrowski, Marc Siegel and Michael Casey. One of the most important considerations on the purchase of a vehicle is the service rendered after purchase. A bagel and hot coffee are nice perks, but trust is my most important issue.
