Couldn't have had a better overall expierience!! I walked in looking for a certified pre-owned car. I was introduced to Neil, who has the patience of a saint. I wasn't sure exactly what i wanted but I walked in looking for a certified pre-owned car. I was introduced to Neil, who has the patience of a saint. I wasn't sure exactly what i wanted but he came up with a bunch of options for my budget and walked me through each vehicle, all while getting a feel for what i liked and disliked. he then narrowed down the options and let me choose, which with his guidance happened pretty quickly. this was late on a Saturday, so we quickly talked numbers, got the car in my budget, valued my trade-in and filled out the necessary paperwork. Fast forward and by the time i got out of work on monday he had my "new" pre-owned Grand Cherokee shined up and waiting for me at the front door. The process couldn't have been easier and smoother!!
