No need to dread car dealers any longer Not only was the no haggle price much lower than everywhere else, they had exactly what I wanted. Neil Barbagalo even held the vehicle with a small deposit over the phone for a week until I could get there with my busy work schedule. No other dealer was willing to take a phone deposit and vehicles kept slipping away. I am somewhat handicapped and from the moment I arrived everyone was so considerate of me, they all came to me at Neil's desk so I didn't have to move around, and they brought the car up as close to the door for me as possible. They were patient to make sure I was comfortable in the car I picked out, and low and behold within about three hours I was actually driving out of the dealership in my new car all prepped and ready! Insurance and finance departments were also very knowledgeable and accommodating. It really feels like they are on the buyer's side and not the enemy. I will definitely be back when it's time for something new again! More

He had also advised me that I needed 4 new tires which I wasn’t aware of how low the treads were. I needed my car back by a certain time without missing a beat my Jeep had 4 new tires. I will definitely recommend this dealership as well as recommending Michael as a service advisor. More
