Received a loaner car the day I dropped off my car for service and was kept up to date by Michael regarding the shipping status of the parts as well as what was done on the car thus far. Chrysler took longer than expected to ship out the parts but I couldn’t be happier with the service and attention received from Michael and East Hills Jeep.
