Anthony spent time getting an idea of what I was looking for price and feature-wise. He patiently gathered information, and then it was time to go out and look over potential possibilities. We quickly narrowed it down to two cars, and although almost the same price-wise, one clearly had the advantage of a premium package and therefore more bells and whistles. He explained the many features and set up the Bluetooth for my phone. I am so glad I took my friends’ advice and had Anthony help me. Although it was a busy day, Sol in the finance department was also excellent, taking the time to figure out the best deal he could get for me with monthly payments that wouldn’t break my bank. All in all East Hills Subaru was professional and stress-free, from the time I was warmly greeted walking through the front door until I drove away with my new car! I had the worst experience while leasing a Subaru forester at east hills Subaru. After shopping all over for the forester, I was offered a quote for 12k miles/year for 3 years with a monthly lea forester at east hills Subaru. After shopping all over for the forester, I was offered a quote for 12k miles/year for 3 years with a monthly lease price of $ 365.00,the salesman joseph agreed to the specifications I had requested for & we were on the same page with all the conditions & it was almost late 8pm, I was asked for a credit\ debit card to be charged with $ 500.00 for blocking & keeping the vehicle for me as we had spoken , I insisted that I will come down personally to the dealership to finish of the transaction. everything was done as discussed & I had signed the check for the monthly payment & was almost about to sign the lease agreement, one of the senior boss came & said "sorry, we cannot give you the vehicle at $365.00 for 12k miles\year, if you want I can give you the same price for 10k\year",And he was kind of abusive & really not well mannered about addressing the mistake they committed about promising a price to the customer & when the customer arrives to pick the vehicle , they were changing the price & not ready to offer the price quoted by the salesman where he had given me the price quote in an email.Inspite of showing the proof of the quote to the senior manager , he was not ready to oblige, & I had wasted my time in going to the dealership & coming back home empty handed after feeling bad by the unethical behaviour of the staff . They supplied wipes and sanitizer since it is covid time. Jeff Olson was our salesperson. We went to his cubicle which was glass and wood partitions, and he wiped down our chairs throughly. It was a No Pressure situation which was a welcome unexpected change. He was friendly, professional and a nice guy. He knew his stuff and could answer all questions about the car. we knew what we wanted and he gave us what we thought was a fair price.
