I will be filing a complaint with attorney general regarding being charged 6k over sticker price . It was never disclosed plus many promises of features trick should have that it didn’t . I bought my vehicle into service after two week appointment they didn’t resolve my issue they put another battery in the vehicle the vehicle has the same issue they gave me another appointment whic appointment they didn’t resolve my issue they put another battery in the vehicle the vehicle has the same issue they gave me another appointment which is about another two weeks The vehicle malfunctions stop and go turn on by itself the vehicle itself stalls when I’m at a red light or a stop sign then I have to restart it I think that’s dangerous the vehicle is a 2020 jeep grand Cherokee Limited X I don’t understand why they couldn’t resolve this issue The vehicle is a fairly new vehicle and I shouldn’t have to be dealing with this as far as the staff they were wonderful but that doesn’t help me I was told on the phone when I made the first appointment that they didn’t have anything available and that if the vehicle stalls that I should have a told him which I didn’t think The appropriate thing to tell me I hope when I go back they resolve this issue otherwise they need to hold onto the vehicle until they do More
