This place is a scam!!! Went in with a bad clock spring , was told that it wasn’t covered under my warranty. Was quoted $1400 for the repairs , I prepaid the clock spring $ 5 Went in with a bad clock spring , was told that it wasn’t covered under my warranty. Was quoted $1400 for the repairs , I prepaid the clock spring $ 519 so that they could have it by the next day.. after two days in the shop they said I needed a new harness as well another $900 that was not included in my original estimate.. I decided not to continue because that was not disclosed upfront , so I took my car back.. but they would not refund any of the money I already spent on the clock spring. I said I would pay the initial dianostic but no, they wanted 6 hours of labor. I took my car and took to another dealership where they made the necessary repairs all included under my warranty only paid my deductible. So I don’t know what kind of scam they are running here when that were charging me for parts and labor yet the other dealership clearly stated that I was 100% covered under my warranty .. planning on disputing charge with my credit card. Btw all work was completed in 4 hours in the other dealership but eastchester is charging for 6 hours of labor for a car I got back in the same condition More
