Especially Ricky, after telling him what issues I was having with my So customer service does not exits at this place. And they just try to scam you! Especially Ricky, after telling him what issues I was having with my vehicle. And after already telling him I paid a diagnostic fee 2 weeks prior. He charged me another diagnostic fee of $200 and quoted me at $1900 for new brakes. This place does not have integrity! Do you research before service ! This establishment is rated -0 ! More

Honestly I feel like I was robbed, I have a 2021 Durango and was told my brake fluid, coolant and power steering all need to be changed. I was only able to pay for 2 out of 3 being that it was so expensive. and was told my brake fluid, coolant and power steering all need to be changed. I was only able to pay for 2 out of 3 being that it was so expensive. There was no need for basically a brand new vehicle to have those things changed. I researched and spoke to many people who all stated I didn’t have to do those things with under 20,000 miles. Extremely disappointed and discouraged from taking my vehicle back to this dealership.
