Our vehicle has been in/out of service with Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for an unresolved electronic malfunction since 8/9/21 - the entire electrical system goes haywire rendering the vehicle un-dr Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for an unresolved electronic malfunction since 8/9/21 - the entire electrical system goes haywire rendering the vehicle un-drivable. They have returned the vehicle to us several times claiming it to be fixed only to have it malfunction on the road and requiring us to have it towed back to them. This last attempt to repair it's been in their care since 9/27/21 - over two months and counting. They make a bad situation worse by not following through on their commitments and not responding to calls or emails. Their Service Department clearly fails to meet the customer's expectation in terms of service quality and responsiveness resulting in a very poor customer experience. Note, if they respond to this negative review, don't believe it - it's baseless.
