I brought car into dealership on 06/10 due to problem with shifter. Problem was not resolved until 06/15. When problem was finally resolved, it turns out that required actions could have and should have been completed on 06/11. I was without a car for four additional days unnecessarily because service advisor dropped the ball. He apologized for the resulting inconvenience and acknowledged that he did not pay closer attention to my situation because he was overwhelmed by other service issues assigned to him. More
