The extended warranty is worth the $$ I had a strut problem on my 2016 Chrysler 200s. The potholes in NYC damaged my front end suspension and I realized I had a problem after hearing some I had a strut problem on my 2016 Chrysler 200s. The potholes in NYC damaged my front end suspension and I realized I had a problem after hearing some unusual knocking sounds after hitting bumps and holes on the road. I paid for the extended warranty which was @ $2500 since my 3 yr warranty had expired. The cost of the parts and the labor to replace the front struts and control arms cost $.00. Dropping off the car was easy as i had made an appointment for the service. Had to leave my car overnight since the parts were not in stock. The advisor called me @2 PM and gave me the exact cost, told me what was wrong and let me know the ride would be ready the next day. And it was. I already feel the difference after the repair. They charge so much for the services but the quality is very poor. In 2 occasions I went this week and both times they left a job undone. I had to personally reconnect my wires for my auto start. Ita always a problem when I come there, UNACCEPTABLE!!! Over a hour for oil change and I was told at my last oil change I still had 1 free one, that didn't happen.
