Since the dealership doesn't seem too busy given the circumstances, they did everything (and it was quite a bit) in just a few hours and we got our car picked up and dropped off the same day! I took away a star because the car was supposed to be picked up the day before (as that was the day of the appointment) and we called/emailed to confirm, but it hadn't happened. I see nice reviews on Rob which confuses me on why I’ve been treated the way I have been with this dealership, after 2 weeks of having my new car I had to leave it in service for nearly a month (still had been treated the way I have been with this dealership, after 2 weeks of having my new car I had to leave it in service for nearly a month (still had to pay my note & insurance of course) Rob and his employees sent me to a rental place and explained they’d reimburse me for money I spent on the rental car, I have a new car From Eastchester but I am in a rental for a month.. fast forward to last week I still haven’t gotten this check, I was yet again given another loaner due to my current car problems, upon returning Rob tells me I have to pay a violation fee because my loaner car “ kind of “ (in his words) smelled like a cigarette and it violated our contract, I paid Rob $250 for this violation fee and he was right because I had signed a contract stating no smoking but why Rob gets this review is his delivery, he threatened to not give my check that their dealership owed me for over 90 days (a situation that had ntn to do with the one we were dealing with) he threatened to not give my car keys , he laughed and was treating me horribly!!!! The only reason that could come to mind is me had been calling all day because my car was there for 2 weeks already and NO ONE was updating me on my car, me calling a dealership all day getting ignored anyways had annoyed him and staff .. my friend pulls Rob aside to talk about our miscommunication he admits to being petty and unnecessarily rude which baffles me we have no personal issue, why must I be treated a way? I am a regular customer with regular frustrations about leaving a car I got from their dealership every month still having to pay insurance and a note, my complaint isn’t about him being wrong it is about the way I get spoken to and treated at this dealership for being a woman, a paying woman who pays their dealership monthly for a car I can not drive safely to be treated rudely any and every time I have to deal with them which unfortunately is more then we’d both like to More
