Lack of communication My radiator, thermostat and washer nozzle needed to be replaced and instead of finding out for sure if it's covered under my warranty, I was told by m My radiator, thermostat and washer nozzle needed to be replaced and instead of finding out for sure if it's covered under my warranty, I was told by my Service Advisor, Kayla Benitez that it wasn't & I have to pay out of pocket $1183.00. I had to call Mopar myself just to be sure and was told EVERYTHING is covered (that was my fault, I should have done that in the beginning). They had my truck all day, understandably, but when I texted Kayla to find out if I would be getting it back today or should I make other arrangements, she called back and stated the technician needed more time, but I would get it back today. Well, when I called back two hours later, they were closed. That is unacceptable! The next day, I spoke to the Service Manager, Rob Aristy, and he defended his staff like a good supervisor should, but did nothing for me, the customer. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this service center. More
I unfortunately had to go to the dealership since a light was turning on. I arrived on time for my appointment but the guy receiving told me he could not get my car at 730 (time of my appointment) because he was turning on. I arrived on time for my appointment but the guy receiving told me he could not get my car at 730 (time of my appointment) because he “heard” me saying my appointment was a 10:30.... he told me to leave and come back as he had “bills to pay and that management does not allow him to take cars earlier”, I refused and since I repeated my appointment time he heard and let me in but he stood as he was right as I said 1030.... anyway my concierges asked me is I wanted to stay and wait... good I didn’t because I had to call to find out the status of my car at noon to My non surprise she had NO IDEA what the status of my car was a she said three cars shared my number.... she told me she would figure it out and call me back, which she did not, I texted to the text I received at 1pm and then she called me and told me at three my car as running without oil... with obvious dissatisfaction I asked her if they took ALL morning to figure it out. She gave an excuse (sure) and then told me to pick my car up 45 min later. I arrived at 4 to get my car and the girl in cashier told me to look for Maggie... my concierge.... after looking for her they told me she left for the day and had to go back to cashier and then got my car.... is not the first time I got this kind of POOR SERVICE but now I will not buy another car from the dealership and God forbid I go back for service. More

Initially I called and I was told someone would call me back. For two days I received no call. Then I called again and was put into the computer for service. I called the day before my service to confirm, and it was found that I was not scheduled. I began to highly doubt the professionalism of the company, the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing. Something as simple as scheduling service for a recall seemed to be to be something that the company couldn’t seem to get right. After explaining my situation to Rickey, he told me to come in and ask for him. He seemed to be the only one that was able to actually help me when I showed up. Rickey was excellent, but the others couldn’t see to simply schedule me for an appointment. More
