Robert was my Service Advisor, I was not happy with service. I had to call few times to find out what was going on with my car and it took 3 days to be fixed and it was simple thing never call to tell service. Jeeps are garbage. The name implies they have some degree of ruggedness. Don't believe it. They're made to break down. And the company does everything they can not to honor their warranty. excellent service work was completed just wish they cleared all the problems the tire service light was still on when i took the car . was unable to get my nys inspecti work was completed just wish they cleared all the problems the tire service light was still on when i took the car . was unable to get my nys inspection they should have ran the car until all items were cleared in the computer and the inspection could have been given . but that being said the staff was very nice and courteous and explained everything they did and was quoted a price for the work prior to doing it just wish they took care of all the items while they had the car in the service dept .
