Very poor service I left my car on Monday and it almost took 1 month to get it back. I had to pay Uber to work for almost 1 month didnt get no courtesy car. Poor service Very dissatisfied! Brought my car to check the brakes. I literally bought this car from Eastchester not even two weeks ago and the car's brakes are al Very dissatisfied! Brought my car to check the brakes. I literally bought this car from Eastchester not even two weeks ago and the car's brakes are already bad. So i bring it in to be serviced under warranty. First my car was quoted to be ready later on that day, then it was quoted to be ready the following day. I didnt get my car back until the 3rd day. My biggest issue is that for a job that is supposed to be covered by warranty, why am I paying money out of pocket on a car that was sold to me in bad condition? Don't do business with Eastchester. Especially not for a used car. They sell you the car with so many issues. My rep was great at explaining the progress of the vehicle though once I was able to get through to her. This us nothing to do with her. It's moreso who ever manages this place and decides how business is done. Overall, I'm dissapointed in this dealership all together. More

3.5 hour wait I was very happy with the deal. I got an oil change, tire rotation, and a state inspection for $50. The only draw back was a three hour sit down and a I was very happy with the deal.
