Duly deserved rating Was desperate and extremely reluctant to use them again because I have had so many problems with this service center in the past up-selling and straig Was desperate and extremely reluctant to use them again because I have had so many problems with this service center in the past up-selling and straight up lying about work needed and performed on my cars. I had to travel for the Holiday and needed to get that oil change and rotation done last minute. Even though it is next to impossible to screw up a service that simple on a 2018 car It has happened to me before. I am holding back a star only because I have to see it twice to believe it but the brother I dealt with this go round was a professional for real. When I got home I remembered that I forgot to present my coupon for the service. Dude charged me the sale price without even needing me to give it to him. Another real common sense thing that every service center should do if they are running promos but I was got in the past by shady reps trying to dig in those pockets. If this is new management or maturity by team members it's headed in the right direction. I buy Dodge cars frequently and hate having to go as far as New Jersey for honest people to deal with.
