Heater Issue My Jeep Compass 2016, a leased car, had a problem with the heater. I was surprised since I never had a problem with any leased vehicles. I scheduled a My Jeep Compass 2016, a leased car, had a problem with the heater. I was surprised since I never had a problem with any leased vehicles. I scheduled an appointment at 0830 with Jasmin. Got there and was told Jasmin would get there at 1100, somebody else was able to help me. I don't understand why they scheduled me with someone that wasn't going to be there. The service took about 2 hours. More
