They lied to me and said that they would fix a car before I They told me they would fix a car I liked but I had to put $1000 down so I did then they pull the car into the garage I waited 4 hrs they bring the ca They told me they would fix a car I liked but I had to put $1000 down so I did then they pull the car into the garage I waited 4 hrs they bring the car out tell me it's good I give them the balance 13 grand cash to go i jump on the highway 10 minutes later car engine lights go crazy car stalls I tell them about it they said because I don't have it in writing they not going to fix the car or give me my money back .. but offered to put me in a car I could not afford ..they are dishonest More

Not Pleasant! My overall experience at this service center was not pleasant! The service advisors don't acknowledge you until a mechanic brings you to them! I had a My overall experience at this service center was not pleasant! The service advisors don't acknowledge you until a mechanic brings you to them! I had an appointment to bring my car in and when i arrived the advisors had no record of my appointment! The wait time was over an hour, just to pick up my car after it was already repaired. During the time it was being serviced i was contacted one time and never again! I had to call and text daily just to be met with voice mails and no returned calls. I had to physically show up in person just to get the status of my car, to have to come back the following day to finally pick it up! More

Great! Kayla was the service advisor and was GREAT! I’ve been with BMW for the last 10 plus years and I can say I was impressed with my visit today at dod Kayla was the service advisor and was GREAT! I’ve been with BMW for the last 10 plus years and I can say I was impressed with my visit today at dodge! I met the tech who was working on my truck, his name was Sal and was beyond courteous and knowledgeable about the job and put me at ease that it would be a smooth ride. All in all I was very satisfied! Thank you Kayla and Sal, before I forget they’re was a gentleman outside greeting customers as they came in wishing them a good morning etc that was a first I’ve ever seen at any dealership and a very nice touch.
