Mike was so gracious; he didn't follow me foot-to-foot; he allowed me the space to look and calculate. After conversing with other dealers, I went back to Easterns a couple of days later and was in a vehicle the very next day. They worked miracles for me. My down payment and interest rate were practically cut in half...HOORAY!!! Mike and Chester are absolute sweethearts and I would send the world to them if I could. There was absolutely no pressure, they eased my stress and they worked hard to made me a very happy woman. They made my road to start-over very easy.
