When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted and I inquired about a car I seen outfront ( I pass this store everyday on my way to work experience . From the moment Glenda contacted me I knew this was going to be an enjoyable experience. Everyone at the dealership was polite, the manager, the finance manager, there was another salesman who was so nice to us when we came in to test drive when Glenda was not there (we came in for a test drive on her day off) not pushy at all and fair on their prices. Glenda kept me updated on when the car arrived which was about 10 days earlier then expected, the paperwork process was simple and easy going.
