We appreciate Omar's kindness, patience & no pressure sales approach. We enjoyed our interaction with him. However, the financial/ paperwork process took much longer than expected & the rate was not wha sales approach. We enjoyed our interaction with him. However, the financial/ paperwork process took much longer than expected & the rate was not what we wanted (even with excellent 800+ credit & putting 18K down). Was told they checked 4 banks to get best offer, including one we specifically asked for (which supposedly didn't have the lowest rate). Two days later, I see rate from same specific bank of 1.5% less than rate we signed for! Bank said all dealership needed was last 4 of our SSN. Why were we not told about this rate if EchoPark supposedly checked with them? We also feel misled about "no payments for 90 day offer" that was advertised, as we found out this promo requires paying a higher interest rate. In addition, we were told our car was getting cleaned (washed, vacuumed, inside wiped down) while we signed paperwork/ waited. It was clearly not. Dirty windows, not vacuumed or inside wiped down & dirty water spots all over outside. After spending 18K + financing, a clean vehicle is not too much to ask. Only received one key & was told they "have a guy that could make another for cheap". Maybe it's just me, but after handing over so much cash, 2 keys should be STANDARD practice! Overall, we are happy w/our vehicle, pleased with inventory selection, test drive experience & no pressure sales approach (other than being pressured for a 5 star review). But feel slightly misled & disappointed. More
