It was 7- 10 minutes...and it happened! From that moment forward, I was communicated with and helped constantly being told precisely how many more minutes the next step would take and they were right, very professional and attentive. I felt like I was in the ambiance of a dining lounge, private, comfy booths in plenty of natural beautiful light and great music playing, offered coffee and water, what a great experience!
