Our salesman Dennis was the nicest guy you could ever meet. He was very knowledgeable with the vehicle we were looking for and very patient with the entire transaction. The trade in process was painless UNTIL we looked at the selling price of our trade in vehicle after we purchased the Equinox. They gave us an even $10,000. for the Impala which we felt was low and now it is offered for sale at over $16,000!!! Tremendous mark up and extremely painful, a real slap in the face and the ONLY reason we will not buy from Ed Martin again.
