I brought my mother in to purchase a new car. We were approached by salesman John Ramsey, who was not wearing a mask, but did don one AS he was approaching us. This was very rude, arrogant and entirely unprofessional! My time is as important as his! FYI - 99% of the employees were not wearing masks at all or not properly. I am happy to say that your competitor down the street had every employee properly wearing masks, and were happy to take the time to sale my mother a new vehicle. More
