On Monday evening I had no intention of doing anything other than driving through the sales lot. Stephano greeted us enthusiastically and before we knew it we were taking a test drive. Emily accepted my call and made an appointment with me to drive a car that met our requirements plus some nice extras. We got a great trade in offer from Brad. I did visit other brands and dealerships, but returned to Fishers location because of the low pressure and informative sales service. Emily, our salesperson, was able to describe the functions of the new vehicle. And has offered a follow up date with us to answer our questions after becoming more familiar with our new vehicle!
