Brian Steven’s, the sales rep, back did a great job. However, the service department said our new car was ready and it was not. We couldn’t open the back. Brian told service right away. It was sometime However, the service department said our new car was ready and it was not. We couldn’t open the back. Brian told service right away. It was sometime before noon. All the paperwork took place smoothly and was a pleasant experience. So, all we needed was the car fixed. It took your service department more than three hours to get the RAV fixed. Way too long, service should have check it before we even drove to the dealership. After 3:29 pm the RAV was finally done and we were leaving and noticed the clock wasn’t even set right. We had no patience to wait for service so we just drove home. More
