We ended up working with finance manager, Matt Peterson, who was excellent when we were signing our paperwork. We had both of our children there and he was engaging to them as well. Thank you Matt! It would be 5 stars but I had a poor experience with a finance manager. Had a conversation that felt belittling to a customer who didn’t want any of the dealership “warranties” and had already secured outside financing. It also felt like he was not being completely honest. This individual did apologize when we arrived to the dealership to finalize the paperwork and stated he was just doing his job. I appreciate the apology but there are better ways to discuss your sales items with a customer that has committed to giving your dealership business. More

They not only have a clean and spacious office building, but also a friendly team, and the reasonable and competitive pricing. The first time I contacted Ed Martin Toyota, Jay responded promptly with the information I needed. When we met, he explained all options thoroughly. During the following months waiting, he kept me updated on the status by both texts and emails so that I felt I was in good hands. At the final stage he made the purchasing transaction a smooth process and pricing was very transparent and there were no hidden fees. Even after the purchase, he sat with me in the car going through all the buttons and features patiently. Jay is so honest, enthusiastic, and always responding quickly. Thank you, Jay! More
